𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗡𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘅𝗶𝗮:⠀1. I was diagnosed as infertile and could not conceive. ⠀2. My eye health was deteriorating. ⠀3. My energy levels would tank mid afternoon, and I’d go for an afternoon coffee to get through. ⠀4. I didn’t crave the best foods for my body but this totally curbed my appetite and blood sugar levels. ⠀5. My emotions were a roller coaster.
